"People live in each other's shadows" (Irish proverb). I must admit that I do have this fear of failure. But for me this is a healthy aspect of my life. What would be unhealthy is if and when I dwell on it too much or I don't do anything to conquer my fear. There are heaps of websites, books, both print and audio, as well as other resources, that one can read, listen, and be guided in overcoming fear. I read and listened to it and I know that I'm not fearless but I also know that I'm not fearful.
